The Discipline Behind the Transformation
The Discipline Behind the Transformation

None of this came easy. It took time, honesty, and effort. I stopped making excuses. Whether it’s the gym, biking with my husband, or pushing through multiple fitness classes a day—I show up. I kept going even when it felt hard. Not perfectly, but consistently. I...

The Decision to Change: Choosing Myself

The moment I saw those results—pre-diabetes, high blood pressure, sleep apnea, and signs of fatty liver—something in me broke. As a nurse, I knew exactly what they meant. But as a woman, I was terrified. I saw the road ahead: insulin, liver damage, nerve pain, and...

The Wake-Up Call: I Couldn’t Keep Living Like This

I was always tired—not just sleepy, but deeply drained. I didn’t feel like myself anymore. The weight gain, the shortness of breath, the constant fatigue—it felt like I was trapped in someone else’s body. No matter how much I slept, I still woke up exhausted. I was...

From the moment we started cycling together, I’ve noticed a complete transformation—not just physically, but in your energy and mindset. You’ve become more confident, more driven, and more focused. The consistency in your training shows in how much stronger, faster, and more resilient you’ve become. It’s like watching someone fully step into their potential, and it’s honestly been inspiring.

Amy from Cyclerbar Miami

Aylyn has made significant changes since she first started training at Rzone. Both physically and mentally. But I think the biggest and most important was the mental change. Not workout regimen really worked for her in the past but once she found something that was enjoyable her mindset switched which eventually led her to physical changes. Her discipline is so impressive, not only inspires me but other members around her. Her journey has been tough but she stuck it out and is now able to help others in so many ways. Working out has not only helped her physically but it has also provided her a safe space where she now feels comfortable and met amazing people along the way 🫶

Coach Kiki , from RzoneKendall

Physically, you’re clearly stronger and fitter than when you started—but it’s your mental growth that’s really stood out. You’ve developed a mindset that doesn’t quit. You’re more confident, more resilient, and more focused. You’ve built habits that not only support your fitness, but also your overall well-being. You’ve shown that real transformation is about much more than the scale—it’s about becoming the strongest version of yourself, inside and out.

What i have noticed that has changed most about you, is not only your physical aspect but the mental aspect of wanting something better for yourself and healthier habits. more disipline in the kitchen and changing the atmosphere of our house within how you have held yourself these past few months with your journey has also inspired us to follow in these footsteps. This also inspired me in my career choice to be a firefighter and a nurse seeing how much good you can do with medicine and connecting with people to show them alternatives to unhealthy lifestyles and change their lives for the better. it also gives you a chance to learn something new from diffrent perspectives on how the world and things are viewed from diffrent cultures. You have also changed physically alot. Your determination to treat yourself as we all should as my favorite saying says “your body is a temple so treat it as such”. our household has changed so much in the past few months- years and i love the passion and drive my mother brings each and everyday, towards not only us, but to her wellbeing.

Love, Andy (your son).

One thing you changed that made me proud was that you realized your unhealthy habits and changed them for the better. I think something that has really changed about you was your mindset on how to better yourself. Seeing you workout makes me feel good knowing you are good and healthy. I also think its really good that you are Nurse Aylyn because you can help others who are sharing the same problem you were by sharing what you have learned..Whenever we do something healthy i dont always enjoy it but i know its for the better of us all.

Love, Joshua/ your son
